The La Jolla Town Council is pleased to announce quarterly meetings titled “One Voice” beginning in March. The first meeting is:

The La Jolla Town Council recognizes the invaluable role that executive leaders play in shaping the landscape of La Jolla. The One Voice gatherings will provide a unique platform for leaders to introduce themselves to the community, field questions, and connect with constituents. By offering a space for robust and informative interactions, the Council aims to cultivate a stronger sense of community and empower our members to speak with one unified voice.

City Update and Community Concerns
Please join Councilmember Joe LaCava; Assembly Member Tasha Boerner; Representative Mariah Kallhoff; Mayor Gloria Representative Emily Piatanesi; Supervisor Terra Lawson-Remer and Representative Celsey Taylor at our La Jolla Town Council meeting on Thursday, January 11.
Come and hear from the city of San Diego and our representatives on what is being done at the city level to make sure La Jolla is at the forefront of planning for 2024.
After our Town Council Meeting San Diego City Council President pro tem, Joe LaCava, will be hosting a Community Forum for the public to share and discuss your priorities on qualities and qualifications for the next City of San Diego Police Chief. The community forum will go from 6 - 8pm.

September Meeting: Let's Talk Public Safety
Please join your La Jolla Town Council for the next public meeting on September 14 at the La Jolla Rec center at 5 PM. We will be dedicating the entire meeting to public safety and having a panel discussion with representatives from fire, police, lifeguard, and neighborhood watch. This is a great way to make your voice heard, and to learn about all of the wonderful initiatives that your representatives are leading in your community to keep you safe.
